What happens to the people who choose to do a job they are not good at? Are they denied or are they employed despite their lack of skills. If they are denied, this could have the effected of disenfranchisement leading to organized crime or terrorism. If anyone is employed at any job they want, their are definite political and economic repercussions a policy like this would have.
